More commonly known for being the little brother of Ferran Adriá, Albert spent 23 years working at the legendary three-Michelin-starred ElBulli, before opening the Michelin-starred Tickets, Pakta and Hoja Santa, in Barcelona. At its peak between 2002 and 2009, ElBulliwas voted the best restaurant in the world a record five times at theWorld’s 50 Best Restaurants awards.
Being considered by some to be one of the most influential chefs of modern gastronomy, Albert Adriàhas progressively branched out on his own toturn parts of Barcelona into a culinary playground.The extensive family portfolio also includes La Bodega 1900 and Niño Viejo and the more recent, Heart Ibiza, which works in partnership with the infamous Cirque du Soleil. The collaborative project between Adriàand Cirque du Soleil includesathree-concept restaurantin Ibiza that celebrates the collision offood, music, and art.
