Last week, Nobu Hospitality’s co-founders Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, along with owners Ian and Richard Livingstone, Daniel Shamoon and Jennica Arazi, hosted the official launch of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay, with a traditional Sake Ceremony.
This exclusive event is a traditional Japanese celebration where the renowned co-founders break the wooden lid of the barrels, filled with Nobu’s signature sake. Served in Masu cups to all guests present, a toast is made to signal good fortune for the hotel – and its guests.
