This summer, the sumptuous Superbia festival is returning to UNICO 20°87°, a beautiful Riviera Maya hotel, for an exciting calendar of culinary events. The ultimate journey for the senses, the foodie festival, which takes place with weekly events from July 2nd until August 27th, will feature restaurant and bar takeovers, events by talented Michelin-starred and The World’s 50 Best Chefs, and of course – pool parties with Tulum’s best DJs…
The first week of edible action will take place from July 2nd – July 9th, and will feature special dinners courtesy of Paco Ruano of restaurant MAYOR in Guadalajara. Paco’s restaurant placed amongst the 50 best restaurants of Latin America 2017, promising diners an evening of culinary delights.
The tasting menu will be as follows:
• Campechano cocktail with sangrita
• Cactus salad, purslane and burrata
• Fresh water shrimp taco
• Requesón gordita with anaheim chile sauce
• Ensenada duck, eggplant puree, black recado
• Rice with milk and gold flakes
Additional chefs set to take part in the fun include Ángel Vazquez, Darren Walsh, Diego Gallegos and more.
