Ideal for gourmands looking for exception, the 2 Michelin-star Ocean Restaurant, located at VILA VITA Parc Resort & Spa, in the scenic Algarve, will be welcoming chef Rodolfo Guzmán, from Chile’s BORAGó restaurant on the 17th November.
Guzmán’s venue received acclaim when it was awarded second best restaurant in Latin America in 2015, and in 2018 the restaurant ranked as one of the 50 Best Restaurants in the World.
This autumn, foodies can join chef Hans Neuner as he welcomes guest chef Rodolfo Guzmán for a delectable 4-hands dinner.
This event is taking place as part of a dining series with top chefs – the Culin’Art Dinners.
Guzman’s cuisine is both unique and extraordinary. Based on the use of traditional Chilean ingredients from the earth and the sea, his dishes are cooked under the influence of the traditional gastronomy of the indigenous Mapuche people. The one-off evening will pay tribute to the best flavours from Chile and Portugal.
Try a range of his innovative signature dishes, such as Venison tartare with Maqui berries, the Chilean rhubarb with fruits of the beach or the milk of cows, goats and donkeys – in a creative re-adaptation of the classic Tres Leches dessert.
