Grab a fork, it’s feasting time. Join world-renowned chef Alain Ducasse as he brings together five of his star chefs to prepare an exclusive dinner at Le Meurice in Paris.
From “Le Louis XV” in Monaco and Tokyo’s “Beige” to “Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester” in London and “Le Meurice Alain Ducasse” in Paris, the famous French chef is bringing together, under one roof, no fewer than five of the chefs he has chosen to cook under his name at his various global locations.
Taking place at the end of the month on January 31, this exclusive dinner offers gourmands the chance to sample the signature dishes of all of the restaurants helmed by Alain Ducasse – a rare opportunity indeed.
The lineup will include Kei Kojima, head chef of Alain Ducasse’s “Beige” restaurant in Tokyo, Japan, as well as Dominique Lory of “Le Louis XV” in Monaco, as well as Philippe Blondet, Jocelyn Herland and award-winning pastry chef Cedric Grolet.
No ordinary meal, the tastebud enchanting menu will commence with a simple dish of marinated scallops. This will be followed by a procession of abalone, Mediterranean sea bass and saddle of venison. To conclude the feast, Cédric Grolet, 2018’s World’s Best Pastry Chef, will conjure pistachio-based pastry creations.
