El Jardín de Lutz, awarded with a “Sun in the Repsol Guide”,offers a more relaxedyet equally elegant ambiance for guests who prefer a more traditional Spanish cuisine. In its interior, the restaurant showcases tall ceilings, clay tiled floors, antiques and Portuguese painted tiles. In the outdoor space, the restaurant features a spectacular terrace with views to the Mediterranean and picturesque gardens filled with 1000-year old olive trees.This elegant backdrop creates the perfect setting to enjoy the world of flavours that Spanish cuisine has to offer; with a menu that targets traditional simplicity with a dynamic precision on the palate.
The kitchen team is led by German born executive chef, Lutz Bösing alongside an expert team of professionals, all entailing an open and creative perspective on Spanish cuisine. Bösin’s culinary career stretches more than 30 years, twenty of which he spent refining and mastering Spanish cuisine. Today, Bösing´s main focus is to harmonise classical traditions with modern concepts in his ongoing search for the best products and “flavours of life.”

What is certain to impress at Finca Cortesin is the size of its spa. Measuring 2.200m², it comprises 3 specific areas for face and body treatments, massages, thermal baths with indoor swimming pool and fitness centre.
The treatment and massage area incorporates the use of seven rooms, equipped with underfloor heating and thermal massage beds. Take advantage of the latest manual therapy advances in beauty and rejuvenation, with a wide variety of treatments created by the renowned french brand, Biologique Recherche. As specialists in health and relaxation, we can offer a wide range of massage techniques including oriental massages performed by Thai therapists. There is also a spectacular double suite equipped with showers and a huge bathtub.
The thermal suites are composed of three designated areas: one for ladies, one for gents and unisex. Be prepared to enjoy an experience of contrasting sensations, with saunas, turkish baths, showers and relaxation lounge; additionally and located within the unisex area, guests can benefit from the use of a japanese bath with waters maintained at a constant 10ºC and a -12º snow cabin, unique in Spain.
Furthermore, the spa at Finca Cortesin has an indoor heated 25m salt water swimming pool.The fitness centre features state-of-the-art Cybex equipment for both cardiovascular and toning exercises and on request, personal trainers are available to assist specialising in all areas of physical wellbeing including Yoga and Pilates.
