Ingredients
6 pcs Wagasaki fish
2 Blue Chipper Potatoes (or any potatoes good for fries)
Turning spiral slicer
Vinegar powder
Method
Julienne the potatoes with the turning spiral slicer.Wrap each fish piece with julienned potatoes.Deep fry in 190C.Finish in vinegar powder, salt and powder.
