On Sunday, December 1st, HUMO, the renowned Michelin-starred wood-fired eatery in Mayfair, will host a Winter Charity Lunch to benefit the Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH Charity). This special event will feature an impressive gathering of the world’s finest Michelin-starred chefs, including HUMO’s Executive Chef, Miller Prada, who will showcase their exceptional culinary skills.
Joining Chef Prada will be a stellar roster of chefs: Marco Zampese from the three-star Hélène Darroze at The Connaught, Lisa Goodwin-Allen from Northcote, Anthony Genovese from the two-star Ristorante Il Pagliaccio in Italy, and Jonny Lake from Trivet, along with renowned pastry chef Ravneet Gill. Each chef will craft a signature dish, offering a unique gastronomic experience.
The beverage selection for the event has been expertly curated by Agostino Perrone, Director of Mixology at The Connaught Bar, and Lucas Reynaud-Paligot, Head Sommelier at Hélène Darroze at The Connaught, who have selected exquisite wines to complement each course perfectly.
In partnership with Ruinart and Glenmorangie, the event will not only showcase culinary artistry but also support GOSH Charity in its mission to provide critical funding for seriously ill children at Great Ormond Street Hospital. The proceeds from this festive event will support activities like carol singing and Santa visits, help provide free family accommodation, and fund groundbreaking treatments and research.
Expressing his enthusiasm, Chef Miller Prada remarked, “It’s truly gratifying to collaborate with esteemed colleagues for such a vital cause. I’ve long respected these chefs, and it’s an honor to host them at HUMO. We’re excited to deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests and support a great cause.”
The Winter Charity Lunch will be held at HUMO starting at 12 pm. Tickets are available for purchase at £250 here.
