German chef Christian Lohse is a well-known name in Berlin and owner of two Michelin stars. He began his career in world renowned restaurants, working with prestigious chefs like Guy Savoy in France. Lohse also gained experience in restaurants in London and in Germany before opening his first restaurant in 1994, the Windmühle in Bad Oeynhausen, which earned two Michelin stars. After this success he continued to receive accolades for his work, receiving one Michelin star and 19 Gault Millau points at restaurant Schlosshotel “Vier Jahreszeiten” in Grunewald.
Since 2004, Lohse has acted as Chef de Cuisine for restaurant Fischers Fritz in The Regent Berlin. He presents modern French cuisine including his signature dishes – most of which are exquisite fish and seafood creations. For this he has received two Michelin stars, over five consecutive years. Gault Millau has also honoured him with 19 points and four toques.
