Ross Lewis is an Irish culinary master to be reckoned with. His passion lies in sourcinglocal and high quality produce, embedding it in his restaurant Chapter One in Ireland.
Having had experience working at Ferran Adrià’s El Bulli and with Olivier Roellinger, Ross gained a thirst for finding inspiration from his surroundings, raw materials, artisan producers and craftspeople. He opened Chapter One in 1992, earning a Michelin star in 2007 for his cuisine. He aims to create a story about his self-development, reflecting the honesty and integrity of his food.
