Born in Mannheim, Thomas Martin has been chef de cuisine at Jacob’s Restaurant since 1997. Even after just under 20 years, he repeatedly finds new ways of teasing the maximum taste from the ingredients used. His down-to-earth, modest manner is similar to that of the locals.
Thomas Martin and his team will continue to interpret original French haute cuisine in their own inimitable way. The menu will be based on superior, regionally sourced products, prepared with precision and contemporary techniques. The main product is the star, with appetising sauces to accompany it. The result is a dish bursting with taste.
