Food editor and chief restaurant critic of Austria’s Der Standard, Corti is also a recent addition to FOUR Germany’s panel of contributors. He regularly contributes to German food magazine Falstaff and the Sunday edition of Frankfurter Allgemeine. In his distant past Corti co-founded and worked as a self-taught chef at what was the Vienna’s most prominent French restaurant, The Grill Room. In 2009 he founded the Slow Food Guide to Austria’s Regional Cuisines.
