The interiors, envisioned by Tomas Alía from Studio Caramba, seamlessly blend the Franco-Basque Belle Époque architectural style of the building with Nobu’s characteristic Japanese minimalism. Employing natural materials and traditional craftsmanship, Alía establishes an atmosphere of serenity and sophistication from the instant visitors arrive. The entrance and lobby area draw inspiration from Torii gates, characterized by clean, unadorned lines. A remarkable sculptural central staircase connects to guest accommodations, where neutral hues juxtapose with striking floor-to-ceiling headboards. Nobu Terrace creates a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, engaging in a dialogue with the sea and the shoreline. Meanwhile, in the Nobu restaurant, the quintessential streamlined Nobu aesthetic highlights the culinary creations as the centerpiece.

Situated on the main level of the establishment, patrons can savor meals at the internationally acclaimed Nobu eatery. Executive Chef Yannick Lohou and Head Sushi Chef Hideaki Mizushima present signature Nobu dishes alongside specials that pay homage to locally celebrated ingredients, such as txangurro crab, sea urchins, mackerel, and cod cheeks.
