Lychee & Rhubarb Spritz
Ingredients
- 20ml Premium Vodka
- 20ml Monin Rhubarb
- 10ml Monin Lychee
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Apple Juice
- 10ml Simple Syrup
- Prosecco
Method
- In a tall glass with ice, combine everything except the prosecco.
- Stir until well combined and then pour through a sieve into a champagne flute.
- Top up with prosecco.
Turkish Delight
Ingredients
- 40ml Whitley Neil Rhubarb and Ginger Gin
- 15ml Monin Rose
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Cranberry Juice
- 5ml Monin White Chocolate
- Soda Water
Method
- In a tall glass with ice, combine everything except the soda water.
- Stir until well combined and then pour through a sieve into a glass filled with ice.
- Top up with soda water.
Peaches & Cream
Ingredients
- 30ml Premium Vodka
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Monin Peach
- 10ml Monin White Chocolate
- Soda Water
Method
- In a tall glass with ice, combine everything except the soda water.
- Stir until well combined and then pour through a sieve into a martini glass.
- Top up with soda water.
