Glass | Tall

Garnish | Sprig of mint

Ingredients

50ml Calvados

30ml fresh lemon juice

20ml sugar syrup

1 barspoon Fernet-Branca

1 barspoon red beetroot juice

Splash of fermented apple juice and soda

Method

Shake ingredients and strain into a tall glass. Top up with a splash of fermented apple juice and soda.
