The line-up of guest chef speakers includes; Joan Roca, Virgilio Martinez, Kamilla Seidler, Gökmen Sözen, Antonio Carluccio, Mason Florence, Andre Lima De Luca, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Elena Arzak, Josean Alija, Albert Adria, and Regis Marcon among others.
