10 November 2014sees the Connaught in Mayfair, London, known for its gastronomic heritage, welcome Michelin Star Chefto cook in London for the first time, as he celebrates the launch of his new book “Never Trust a Skinny Italian Chef”, published by Phaidon. Michelin Star Chef has opened her kitchens and restaurant at the Connaught forand his team to create an eight-course menu comprising of his favourite historical dishes from Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy – twiceranked 3rd at the “World’s 50 Best Restaurants” awards.
The eight-course menu has been carefully devised byto feature some his most recognised dishes including the colourfully named:“The crunchy part of the lasagna”,“Beautiful Psychedelic spin-painted veal, not flame grilled”and “Oops I dropped the lemon tart”.
