The exclusive two-day culinary celebration in honour of Nobu Doha will take place on Sunday, September 30 and Monday, October 1 – and will offer guests to sip, savour and socialise with world renowned Chef Nobu in the restaurant’s intimate setting.
Located at the water’s edge along the Hotel’s private marina, Nobu Doha showcases Chef Matsuhisa’s innovative signature new-style Japanese cuisine complemented by an equally imaginative setting in the 26,000 square-foot (2,415 square metre) Rockwell Group-designed contemporary restaurant. What’s more, it’s also the only Nobu at a Four Seasons in the Middle East.

1 Nobu in Town Party, September 30
Ever since its debut, Nobu Doha has been the city’s go-to dining destination. Destined to be the celebration of the season, the Nobu in Town Party – hosted by Chef Nobu – will be an evening not to be missed.
Set in the White Pearl Lounge, the party includes a stylish cocktail reception featuring free-flowing beverages including Nobu Doha signature cocktails, along with Nobu’s signature dishes such as the black cod, all anchored by live musical entertainment.
The Nobu in Town Party is QAR 650 per person.
2 Nobu Sushi Class and 7-Course Dinner Experience, September 30
Hosted by Chef Nobu, master the art of sushi making from the world-renowned chef in an intimate and hands-on setting. Following the sushi making class, savour a 7-course dinner with sake and wine pairing.
The Nobu Sushi Class and 7-Course Dinner Experience is limited to 10 guests and is QAR 1,100 per person.
Nobu Omakase Dinner and Sake Pairing by Chef Nobu, September 30 and October 1
Savour a 7-course omakase menu, curated by Chef Nobu exclusively for Nobu Doha. The special menu features Nobu’s signature new style Japanese cuisine, including such highlights as kinmedai with spicy miso, botan ebi new style with caviar, akami with wasabi zuke; lobster with brick oven roasted baby gem and spicy lemon dressing; and wagyu beef with roasted leek and eringi.
The Omakase Dinner and Sake Pairing by Chef Nobu is QAR 850 per person with sake and wine pairing menu, and QAR 550 per person without beverages.
