Gordon Ramsay’s Lucky Cat in London has introduced a new pastry masterclass focused on the artistry of Asian desserts, beckoning those with a sweet tooth to learn the tricks of the trade behind this beloved Asian eatery’s signature treats.

Lucky Cat, already known for its popular masterclasses on sushi, cocktails, and sake, has now extended its offerings to the world of pâtisserie — and it will no doubt be just as much of a hit among foodies. Participants in the two-hour class will delve into the history of classic desserts, learn techniques to recreate signature items from the menu, and discover the art of decorating and piping. After the class, attendees can sit back, relax and savour the sweet fruits of their labour.

The four-member, all-female pastry team at Lucky Cat is led by Head of Pastry Alice Hall, who has been part of the Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Group for several years. Collaborating closely with Gordon Ramsay and Lucky Cat Global Executive Head Chef Andre Camilo, the trio crafts desserts integral to the dining experience, aiming to make them a memorable part of the experience rather than a mere afterthought. Lucky Cat’s innovative menu, featuring items like passionfruit and yuzu-infused souffle, Chocolate Tofu, and the decadent Blue Willow with rose, lychee, chocolate, and raspberry, undergoes seasonal changes to ensure freshness and excitement.
