Honey Smash

Glass | Tin cup

Garnish | Thyme sprigs, polo‘s

Ingredients

50ml Jack Daniels Tennessee honey

Wild spearmint

Half lemon juice

15ml bee pollen syrup (honey also works)

40ml watermelon juice

15ml ginger wine

Elderberry liqueur

Method

Build and swizzle with crushed ice and serve immediately.
