Spice up your weekend and add some with this devilishly good ‘Secret Cocktail’ recipe from Nightjar, London.

Secret Cocktail

Glass |Coupe

Garnish | Grenadine swirl

Ingredients

45ml G’Vine Floraison gin

15ml Quince eau de vie (can use Calvados)

20ml lemon juice

10ml sugar syrup

10ml Nightjar grenadine

Nightjar bitters

Egg white

Method

Shake and strain into a coupe, serve straight.
