Grab the nearest fork – Michelin-starred chef Jean-Yves Guého is hosting a one-off feast at the five-star Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra and it’s set to be a night of gourmet delights. The creative menu will showcase his authentic but adventurous French cuisine, crafted with spices from La Plantation and flavours of Asia.
Jean-Yves Guého has been cooking since he was a small boy, helping at his aunt’s roadside restaurant and helping her in the kitchen. Gaining extensive experience in kitchens throughout France, USA, and Asia, Jean-Yves Guého returned to Paris in 1990, and set “L’Atlantide” 7 years later, earning his first Michelin Star in 1999.
Taking place on 10th May at the beautiful riverside hotel, indulge with a menu filled with sumptuous treats and mesmerising views of the Cambodian landscape.
