Ingredients
30ml Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
40ml Don Julio® Blanco
20ml freshly squeezed lime juice
Method
Pour all ingredients in a shaker, fill with ice cubes, shake vigorously and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and half of the glass with a salt rim.

3 spoons of orange and tangerine marmalade (optional)
1 spray peach bitters over the drink (optional)
35ml Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
15ml Ketel One Vodka
25ml freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
20ml egg white
Method
Pour all the ingredients in a shaker except the peach bitters.Fill with ice, shake vigorously and strain into a coupette. Finish with a spray of peach bitters over the drink. Garnish with a mint leaf.

1 dash grapefruit bitters (can be replaced with orange bitters if necessary)
1 white sugar cube
1 dash orange flower water

Method
Top with Champagne and finish by twisting a grapefruit zest over the glass, before discarding.

Build in a highball glass filled with ice cubes, add the garnish and a straw, then stir.
