The Vanity

Ingredients

2 raspberries

40ml pineapple nectar

40ml aged bourbon

7ml egg white

15ml lime juice

7ml sugar syrup

To serve

1 raspberry leaf, halved

1 mint leaf

1 dehydrated lemon wheel

Method

Muddle the raspberries in a shaker and add the pineapple nectar. Dry shake with the aged bourbon, egg white, lime juice and sugar syrup. Strain into a glass and garnish with the dehydrated lemon wheel, mint leaf and raspberry halves.
